    A no-obligation conversation to understand your situation, answer your questions and confirm that mediation is the right fit.

    Intake & Preparation

    Confidential individual intake meetings to gather information, clarify goals and set the ground rules for a productive, respectful process.

    Joint Sessions

    Guided, balanced discussions where options are explored openly and solutions are built together — in person in Thornhill, North York or Richmond Hill, or by secure Zoom.

  4. 4

    Written Agreement

    Your terms are captured in a clear Memorandum of Understanding that can be finalised into a legally binding agreement once each party has independent legal advice.

Cancellation policy: please give at least 48 hours' notice. Less than 48 hours (barring emergencies) is charged one hour's fee; a no-show is charged the full fee.
